DESCRIPTION

MOL-POLYTEMP SY  is a fully synthetic polyurea grease showing long life lubrication performance under high temperatures. It is formulated with high viscosity synthetic PAO (polyalfa olefin) base stocks and specific functional additives. Owning a special polyurea thickener, it does not leave any soots or residues in bearings avoiding the blockage of the lubrication systems. It has a very adhesive and tacky structure making it resistant to water both under static and dynamic loads.

APPLICATIONS

MOL-POLYTEMP SY is suitable for use in the steel, iron and metallurgical industries (automatic grease lubrication of continuous casting rolls), in paper industry (continuous paper machines, hot cylinder beds), cement industry (rotary kilns), as well as glass production, annealing & drying furnaces, asphalt plants, foundry cranes, automotive parts, cardboard production (hot rolls) and ceramic industry.
