MOL-GREASE FLUOR 5000 is a very special fluorinated grease based on Perfluoropolyether (PFPE) synthetic base oil and Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) thickener. It shows superior performance in the most demanding conditions. Due to its nature, it does not react with oxygen thus not burn. It is resistant to all kinds of chemicals, acids, alkalis, solvents and their vapors. Mainly used in the areas where other hydrocarbon and synthetic greases cannot obtain a positive result. It is the only grease which can operate at higher 250°C in the rolling bearings.

APPLICATIONS

MOL-GREASE FLUOR 5000 is a non-toxic grease compatible with plastics, elastomers and rubbers. It is especially used for the lubrication of bearings and joints exposed to extreme conditions in areas with high temperatures such as drying units, ovens and stabilization tunnels. It is widely employed in the glass, chemical, plastic, nuclear, textile, aviation, aluminium, corrugated cardboard and oxygen-equipped industries.
