MOL-CUT SYN 320 is semi synthatic oil, water miscible metalworking fluid enhanced with additives protecting against corrosion. Having a high biological stability it Is resistant to bacterial and fungal attacks and provides long-life usage. Besides having an excellent lubricity, it also maintains highly stable emulsion even in difficult working environments where there is leakage of oil into the emulsion or bacterial growth. Its exceptional detergency property ensures cleaning of the CNC machine tools. It forms an odorless micro-emulsion when mixed with water.

APPLICATIONS

MOL-CUT SYN 320 is developed for the CNC machining of cast iron, steel, aluminum and any other non-ferrous metals. The required concentration depends on the severity of the machining process, water hardness

Recommended concentrations for water of medium hardness:

• General purpose machining: %4 – 6
• Grinding: %3 – 5
• Cutting of difficult metals: %6 – 8
