MOL-CUT M 280 is high quality milky type soluble oil of outstanding performance.

thenks to its special emulsifiers, when mixed with water, produces rich opaque emulsion of marked stability offering prolonged service and tool life. It possesses anticorrosion characteristics coupled with good lubricating and wetting properties which greatly improve cooling at the working area. Incorporates an effective biocide to combat bacterial degradation in system, extending the emulsion life. It is free of phenolic compounds.

APPLICATIONS

MOL-CUT M 280 is recommended for most metal cutting operations and materials, ferrous and non-ferrous, where a multipurpose excellent coolant is required.

Recommended concentrations for water of medium hardness:

• General Machining:% 4 – 6
• Tapping and Threading: % 6 – 1 O
• Grinding: % 3 – 4
